I've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email?

Please allow up to 2 hours prior to purchase to receive a confirmation email to the designated email address. If you have also checked Spam/Junk mail folders, our team can be reached at info@cultira.com to provide confirmation.

I’m unable to place my order. What do I do?

In the case that your order is not processing please try a different payment method or check your billing and delivery address. This may require you to reformat your address ensuring you have not provided a PO Box for delivery. If you are still experiencing issues across different browsers or devices, our team can be contacted at info@cultira.com

Did you receive the order I just placed?

A confirmation email sent to the provided email address if the order has been processed & recieved, in the case where you have not received a confirmation email in 24 hours from purchase, please contact as at info@cultira.com

Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

Under usual circumstances orders cannot be changed prior to processing order, in the case where your order hasn't been shipped our team may be able to accommodate changes to your order.  Please immediately contact our Customer Care team with your change request details included in the email.
