In the case that your order is not processing please try a different payment method or check your billing and delivery address. This may require you to reformat your address ensuring you have not provided a PO Box for delivery. Under usual circumstances orders cannot be changed prior to processing order, in the case where your order hasn't been shipped our team may be able to accommodate changes to your order.  Please immediately contact our Customer Care team with your change request details included in the email.
